Improvements? What I
did well?
Investigate:
(Criteria A)
I think I need to make my explanations more detailed. Some
of the questions were complicated and I didn’t really understand them so next
time I should ask my teacher/friends. I did put in my best effort, though.
Design: (Criteria B)
Personally I think my group and I took too long answering
the Investigate questions that we didn’t really have time to thoroughly discuss
our products with each other. We did pick the most appropriate product but we
didn’t really have time. Other than that, everything else was good.
Planning: (Criteria
C)
We couldn’t really put time into the planning because by the
time we got to that part, we only had two lessons left. We should have put more
thought into our schedule before we started all this. When we did have two
lessons left, we knew that we had to work much faster so we did a two-lesson
plan. We weren’t very organized because one of us was falling behind, one was
too fast etc.
Create: (Criteria D)
Again, because of the time, we didn’t all contribute to the
brochure. We also didn’t have very long to create the brochure so it isn’t our
best. I think we did a very good job with the product design and how it looks. Of
course, we do need to improve the design of the brochure and we shouldn’t rush
it this time.
2. Our product does have a professional appearance. It’s
different to the normal paddles and much better for you so that’s why we’re
advertising it. This specific design is made for people who do standup surfing.
3. I think our product would be successful in the business world
because it’s new, unique and once again, it’s good for you. It does not harm
your back and hips like ordinary paddles do. We looked at every point of the
paddle and improved it the best we could from a normal paddle.
4. For our design to be improved, maybe we could develop
more designs to suit different ages.
